Our Return Policy
for Colored Contacts
Returns for our colored contacts are accepted for the following conditions within 30 days from your dated receipt:
- Your contacts arrived damaged during shipment.
We will resend your order, but you must return the damaged contact lens and write on your receipt that the contact lens you received was damaged. Return the contact lens in question to the address on your receipt. If you don't send back the damaged contact lens within 30 days from the date of your receipt, there will be a charge for the second shipment.
- The contact lens that you received was not what you had ordered.
We will replace your order with the understanding
that you will return the incorrect contact lens and write
on your receipt that the lenses you received were not what
you had ordered. Return the color contact lense to the address
on your receipt. If you fail to send back the contact lense
that was not ordered within 30 days from the date of your
receipt, you will be charged for the second shipment.
- You have changed your mind about the contact lenses you ordered
and received, and the packaging has not been opened or damaged
We will refund the charges excluding the
shipping fee if we receive back your returned package within
30 days from the date of your receipt. Write on your receipt
that you have decided that you prefer a refund. Return the
contact lenses in question to the address on your receipt.
Reasons we will not take back your return:
You have had the lenses in your possession
for more than 30 days from the date that is on your receipt.
You decided to open the contact lens package
and the contact lens container so it is no longer factory
The contact lens tore while putting it on.
The contact lenses are rather delicate and must be handled
